As our garage door was still functionable they gave us a follow up date for the repairs for a few days later. Jeff showed up right on time. Our door works like a charm. We have had other companies come out & they always said our door was noisy because it was a heavy wood door. Jeff has this door working smoother than glass & it is so quiet when operating. It wasn’t this smooth & quiet since first installed!

Please visit another company who will take better care of their customers after installation

At DOR-CO Garage Doors we’re more than happy to work with the customer to repair or replace the faulty situation with a discount however we cannot replace something under warranty if it is 2x outside of the warranty period. The accent woodtone warranty specific for fading is a 3 year warranty, the door in question is over 6 years old. We would be happy to offer you a discount on a new door face or provide you with painting instructions.
