Technician Jeff H arrived in less then 30 minutes and did an outstanding job assessing the very old garage door… Read more We had an emergency in the late afternoon when our garage door got stuck wide open. Technician Jeff H arrived in less then 30 minutes and did an outstanding job assessing the very old garage door system (probably 50 years+) and was able to fix the broken bearings and cables in less then an hour. He then checked over the remaining parts of the system and cleaned and oiled all the parts so the door operates smoother then it has for years. Very pleased with our Dor-Co service experience.

The service was quick and efficient. Jeff showed pride in his work. Not only did he answer all my questions but gave me advice to help prevent problems in the future.
